Adults - Anger Management

Many things can trigger anger in adults such as stress, family problems, and financial issues. Anger can be caused by conditions such as alcoholism or depression. Anger can be a symptom of several health conditions. If adults can understand what triggers their anger, they can then learn to cope with it in a positive way. Just getting someone to recognize their anger issue is a step on the road to anger management. Learning ways to control anger like breathing techniques, exercising to calm nerves, or taking a mental escape is very helpful in controlling anger. Understanding that anger is a secondary emotion to fear, sadness, worry, disappointment, loss, and a lot more is crucial in learning how to deal with anger.
