The conscious act of engaging others in a positive way without asking whether those individuals deserve to be treated kindly.
Who Does Kindness Benefit?
When you are kind you may experience the following physical responses: increased energy, better weight control, stronger immune system, healthier heart, better sleeping habits and the following emotional responses: happier outlook, decreased sense of loneliness, decreased feelings of depression, sense of calmness and relaxation.
