Thoughts Become Things!
It’s impossible to overestimate the importance of our thoughts. You get what you think about most of the time.
Whatever we choose to focus on, that is what we will see more of because that is what we are looking for!
What the Experts Say
No one knows for sure but experts have estimated that we have 12,000 to 75,000 thoughts a day, and that roughly two-thirds to three-fourths are negative! If you are thinking negative thoughts, if you’re focusing on the negative, many negatives will come your way. Of course, the reverse is also true. If you can change your negative thinking to positive thinking, many more positives will come your way.
The Law of Attraction
You can CHOOSE what comes your way! Most of us attract things to ourselves subconsciously. We don’t intentionally use the process that is the Law of Attraction. Once you learn to use conscious thought, you can deliberately attract the things you really want in your life.
· What do I think about most of the time?
· What am I “seeing”? Where is my focus?
· Do I concentrate on the good or the bad?
· What positive things do I want to attract
into my life?
Think of your thoughts like an ATM machine—whatever you put in, that is what you get out. Every thought we make and keep is a deposit, and what we choose to focus on and act on is our withdrawal. The two tend to match up with one another. So, if you have made a bunch of negative deposits, guess what is going to come out?
Reframe Negative Thoughts into Positive Thinking
Step 1: Identify your negative thoughts. Write them down.
Step 2: “Reframe” negative thoughts into positive thinking. Write them down.
Step 3: Put the sheet of paper in your pocket.
Step 4: When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, read the positive, “reframed” thoughts instead.
Your subconscious believes everything it hears, so if you get into the habit of thinking only positives, pretty soon the positives will become the truth.
