Power of Affirmations Booster
What is an affirmation?
It is a positive statement that describes a desired situation. Positive words to improve your life. Saying affirmations may seem insignificant, but over time they can have a powerful effect. Think about what happens to a drop of water that hits a rock just one or two times? (Nothing) What happens if the water hits the rock over a long period of time? (The rock will be eroded).
Affirmations help you live the life you want and deserve
Affirmations are gifts we can give to ourselves. If we want to make a change or we want to improve something in our life, we should develop our own positive affirmations. For example if I wanted to stop smoking, I could affirm everyday that I am becoming healthier and healthier.
“Red Light” Affirmations
A message from Edmund Benson:
Instead of wasting time when we stop for red lights, wait in line at the supermarket, visit the doctor’s office, etc. Susan and I created these mini-prayers we call Red Light Affirmations. This is our own personal collection we would like to share with you. We urge you to create your own list to bring God and His blessings into your life.
ARISE Red Light Affirmation “starter” cards are available in the Online Store. This compact card (2″ x 3.5″) is perfect for dashboards of cars, pocket books, and wallets. These positive affirmations enable us to be in constant touch with upbeat thoughts and aspirations.
If you would like to share your own thoughts, prayers, and personal affirmations please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know if you would like us to remove or include your email address prior to posting your responses on the ARISE web site. All responses become the property of ARISE Foundation, Inc. and may be edited for content.

ARISE chose the name “red light” to represent various times when our minds are in neutral. For example, waiting for a stoplight to change, standing in line at the supermarket, pumping gas, while sitting in the waiting room of the doctor’s office, on an airplane, etc. Affirmations are perfect when we have free time to spend reaffirming our prayers, dreams, and goals. Choose two or three daily affirmations for you to use to bring success, abundance, better relationships and good health into your life.
How to create effective affirmations
