What is the ARISE anger stone?
Simply put, it is a special semi-precious tourmaline chosen specifically as a cleansing aid to direct your anger into. This will help drain stress/anger from your body eliminating this often negative and harmful emotion.

The Process:
Place the ARISE Anger Stone directly in the palm of your hand and softly bend your fingers around the stone holding it comfortably in place. Try not to make a defensive fist where muscles become tight and tension is increased. Calmly and gently focus every bit of your anger directly into the stone, feeling the weight of your stress and the negative emotions shifting away as you release it from your mind. Visualize the anger sensation exiting your head and torso traveling down you arm into the stone. This entire exercise will take a second or two after practicing it a few times. Once you feel the stress/anger has left you, wash the stone with warm soapy water and watch the issue that caused your anger flowing smoothly down the drain. This exercise is important because you want to see the negative emotions being carried away. While washing the stone in warm soapy water you could repeat this little rhyme: “I have washed my anger down the drain, now and forever I am free pf pain”.
