Communications from Vietnam

November 02, 2011

Dear Chi Tu Van,

I am Giang from Trung tâm Phát triển Kỹ năng sống (KNS) – Life Skills Development Center (under Vietnam Association of Psychology and Education).  I am now using ARISE’s curriculum to teach for student at some primary school in Hanoi with model of Life skills Club (1 hour/week), the curriculum is very suite, easy to apply, both student and their parent highly appreciate the program.

Last year, when first time I contact with ARISE Foundation, Sir Edmund Benson introduce that I may contact you as you are a former Vietnamese officer at ARISE  but both of us could not find your contact.

Great to get your contact now!

After more than one year using ARISE’ curriculum, I think now should do something to make it more popular in Vietnam by open course such as Training of Life skills Trainer/Instructor Courses and other course same as ARISE Foundation do in US and at the same time provide ARISE’ curriculum in Vietnamese version to the participants or anyone (mainly teacher) who wish to use the curriculum to improve their teaching at daily class.

And now I would like to express my idea to you and hope you are interested in expand ARISE’curiculum in Vietnam, or it may join to any project from East Meets West Foundation?

Thank you very much and looking forward to hear from you,

Best regards,
Giang
