Changing Lives at $1.75 an Hour

This is the cost of providing valuable life-skills lessons to juvenile offenders. Currently, the ARISE Intervention Re-entry program is being taught 31,000 hours a month at over 101 juvenile justice facilities. We now have a waiting list of juvenile prisons anxious to begin the ARISE program.

Your donation will enable ARISE to teach more young women and men the vital social skills required in a law-abiding society.

Bottom Line

  • An average ARISE group consists of 10 youth. Groups meet 3-4 times weekly.
  • A donation of $17.50 would provide one full ARISE Class.
  • Your donation of $70.00 will provide one week of ARISE life-skills lessons.
  • $280.00 provides the antidote to anti-social behavior for troubled youth for one month.
  • $2520.00 will provide a full nine month ARISE Intervention Re-entry Program. Nine months is what it takes for a child to be born. In the same length of time, ARISE lessons will transform a young life.
  • *Amounts are based on a group of 10 youth meeting 4 times per week.

Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated. For more information on how your contribution will be used, please visit our How to Assess ARISE page.
